Showing all Press Releases for 2011, an overview of their Revenue Stream, their Share Structure, last weeks interview with the CEO, and a description of their Marketplace...

First off, you should know that this stock trades on the Pink Sheet Exchange...For those of you that don't trade penny stocks, you should know that this stock is trading at ONLY $.04 right now...I still think you should take a close look at this company, because...

This company has booked Revenues of over $350 Million dollars for numerous projects that will be completed in the next five years...Many of them will complete much sooner than that...I think that this company is very undervalued at these prices, and in time, will be much higher...It is listed on the Pink Exchange with the "Current Information" status, which is the highest level on that Exchange...

$MSMY'S MARKETPLACE:

********************

CENTIUUM examines the industrialized nations that have mandated environmental laws forcing industry to acquire carbon credits by “cleaning-up” their processes and decreasing energy use or demand. We find need and then fill it with one of our licensed technologies.

http://www.centiuum.com/marketplace.html

Renewable Energy:

The demand for fossil fuels is reduced when renewable energy sources are used because non-biomass renewable sources of energy (hydropower, geothermal, wind, and solar) do not directly emit greenhouse gases. The production and use of renewable fuels has grown substantially in recent years as a result of higher prices for oil and natural gas due to the emergence of China & India as growing consumers of oil & natural gas that many say will soon surpass U.S. consumption of these fossil fuels. Production of renewable fuels have also been driven by a number of State and Federal Government incentives, including the Energy Policy Acts of 2002 and 2005 and the use of renewable fuels is expected to continue to grow well beyond the next 30 years. The methods CENTIUUM uses to create renewable energy are patented technologies that incinerate wastewater & sewage while creating smart-grid electricity and an integrating patented technology that captures low temperature waste gases that are presently being emitted into the atmosphere by industry and converts them into smart-grid electricity.

Smart-Grid & CDM Business:

The 2-way digital communication technology of the Smart-Grid & Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) allows for emission-reduction (or emission removal) projects in developing countries to earn Certified Emission Reduction (CER) credits, each equivalent to one ton of CO2. These CERs can be traded and sold, and used by industrialized countries to a meet a part of their emission reduction targets under the Kyoto Protocol. A smart grid delivers electricity from suppliers to consumers using two-way digital technology to control appliances at consumers' homes to save energy, reduce cost and increase reliability and transparency. The smart grid includes an intelligent monitoring system that keeps track of all electricity flowing in the system.

It also incorporates the use of superconductive transmission lines for less power loss, as well as the capability of integrating alternative sources of electricity such as solar and wind. When power is least expensive, a smart grid could turn on selected home appliances such as washing machines or factory processes that can run at arbitrary hours. At peak times it could turn off selected appliances to reduce demand.

Freedom Smart-Grid Homes:

CENTIUUM’s “uniquely patented building systems” automate the building of a home in a factory which allows for assembly at the site. Housing development and assembly of the components right there in the community using local workers allows them to build and take “ownership” of structurally sound and energy efficient homes literally within days instead of months which may potentially save lives in areas of need. Communities will be integrated with Smart-Grid and Renewable Energy sources to become self-sufficient.

Sustainable Eco Business Development and Environmental Engineering Services:

The sustainable eco development is based on the assumption that societies need to manage three types of capital (economic, social, and natural), which may be non-substitutable and whose consumption might be irreversible. We place waste-to-gas energy conversion technologies at landfills in cities. We provide scientific, consulting and engineering services for water resources, groundwater, watershed management, mining, geotechnical, steam exhaust, & environmental management and program services for water and wastewater facilities.

$MSMY - TECHNICAL ANALYSIS:

**************************

Here is the Daily Chart after the close on Friday, April 8, 2011 and there is a seven-minute video below the chart that goes into more detail...

This video was created after the closing bell on Thursday, April 7, 2011:

Wednesday, July 28, 2010

My Primary Sell Signal on the $SPX May Kick In Tomorrow - IF it's Another Down Day...

My Secondary Sell Signal was given today by the $SPX closing a fraction below the 5MA...The CCI downticked sharply today, and IF tomorrow is another down day, my Primary Sell Signal will be given when the CCI crosses below the +100 line...Today's candlestick was another Doji, though not a perfect one since the body is a bit on the large side, but the upper and lower wicks are of equal length...Volume was anemic today, and a down day on much stronger Volume would have been more convincing so that a call of another down day on Thursday would be much easier to call...Stochastics is still in Overbought territory near 90, and the fast line crossing down through the slow line today is somewhat Bearish...The MACD Histogram downticked for the second day in a row, and it's fast line leveled off for the first time in a week and a half...If tomorrow is another down day on higher Volume, my first target is down to the 15MA at 1089. and if that Support level fails the next target is the middle Bollinger Band at 1075. where it may find Support there...If the market rallies tomorrow, and the Index rises above Monday's intraday high Resistance level and looks like it will close there, the Bulls will be showing that they are in charge...See my notes on Fundamental Analysis below the chart...

Today's surprisingly negative Durable Goods Orders numbers and the weak Beige Book report from the Fed showed much more weakness in the economy than analysts expected...Analysts predicted that the Durable Goods number would come in a +1%, and it came in at -1%...

Orders for big-ticket goods fall 1 percent in June: http://tinyurl.com/34v5nlr

Dow ends 4-day win streak on Fed economic report: http://tinyurl.com/32f85rm

The Fed survey followed a disappointing Commerce Department durable goods orders report early in the day. Orders for durable goods, which are expected to last at least three years, fell 1 percent in June. Economists expected a 1 percent gain.

Investors have been trying in recent weeks to balance strong earnings and corporate outlooks with economic data that isn't as encouraging. A drop in consumer confidence Tuesday helped push stocks mostly lower although another batch of robust earnings reports came out.

Earnings reports were mixed Wednesday. Boeing Co. said its profit slipped from a year ago, but results still topped expectations. The airplane maker also didn't adjust its outlook.

Tomorrow's potential market moving events will be the weekly Jobless Claims number to be released an hour before the opening bell:

http://online.barrons.com/public/page/barrons_econoday.html

And a slew of earning reports from a number of Fortune 500 companies listed on the $SPX:

To see the full list of companies reporting earnings tomorrow, follow this link:

http://thestreet.ccbn.com/earning.asp?client=thestreet&date=20100429

Investors are really looking to the first read of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the 2nd Quarter on Friday - an hour before the opening bell...If you recall, the first read of 1st Quarter GDP came in at 3.2%, the second read at 3.0%, and the final read settled at only 2.7%...

And it looks like the Consensus number for the first read of 2nd Quarter Real GDP will come in at 2.5%: (click on the "Consensus" button just below "GDP" on Friday's listings anytime before the report is released)

http://online.barrons.com/public/page/barrons_econoday.html

Tuesday, July 27, 2010

It looks like the $SPX is getting a bit Toppy here:

Today's candlestick is a perfectly formed Doji, and that can signal one of two things...It can signal a potential reversal to the downside, or a moment of indecision in an uptrend...Yesterday it closed a fraction above the 200 Moving Average (which should be a level of Resistance along with the Resistance levels set in the same area from June 16-21), and today it closed a fraction below it...If the upper Bollinger Band was flat or pointing down, this call for a pullback would be that much easier, but since it is upticking sharply there is about ten points it can move before it hits resistance at the upper BB...The candles are well above the 5 Moving Average, and the day it closes below the 5MA is when a pullback will be a certainty...

The CCI downticked slightly today, and when it crosses back down through the +100 line is when my Sell Signal kicks in...When the candle closes below the 5MA, the CCI usually gives my Sell Signal the same day...Volume diminished on Friday and Monday even as the price moved higher, and that shows that the rally was running out of steam...Today's Volume was a bit higher than previous sessions on a day the $SPX was down...Fast Stochastics show the fast line has crossed down through the slow line, and is still Overbought with a reading of 88.90 And the MACD Histogram had a slight downtick today, but the fast and slow lines are still upticking...

Tomorrow morning at 8:30am ET the Durable Goods Orders report will be released, and this report has the potential to move the market in the pre-market and the regular sessions...

Market Consensus Before Announcement:

Durable goods orders in May declined a revised 0.6 percent after jumping 2.9 percent in April. Excluding the transportation component, however, new durable orders rebounded a revised 0.6 percent, following a 0.9 percent decrease in April. The big negative in the report was the transportation component which dropped 6.9 percent in May-tugged down by a 29.6 percent plunge in the volatile nondefense aircraft subcomponent. Advances were widespread in other components. Looking ahead, we may see some softening in the underlying trend for new orders. The new orders index in the ISM manufacturing report eased to 58.5 in June from 65.7 in May, with 50 being breakeven. But a rebound in aircraft likely will boost the headline number.

http://online.barrons.com/public/page/barrons_econoday.html

Earnings reports from these S&P 500 companies will be released tomorrow:

The $SPX will be influenced by the Durable Goods Orders report, and by all of the companies in the Index that report earnings tomorrow...There are many more companies reporting earnings tomorrow that will have an effect on how the Index moves...For a full list of all S&P 500 companies that report earnings tomorrow, click on the link below:

Beware the Technical Trap:

Commentary: Investors shouldn't be fooled by another breakout...

By Tomi Kilgore - July 15, 2010, 12:01 a.m. EDT

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Being fooled twice is enough to shame any investor, but how about three, or even four times?

The current rally marks the fourth time since early May that the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA 10,287, -80.22, -0.77%) has bounced more than 5%. Previous bounces have taken the Dow above key resistance levels, and yet subsequent declines have resulted in even lower lows. Essentially, the recent pattern surrounding key technical breakdowns and breakouts suggests the Dow is nearing yet another turning point.

It is easy for bulls to fall into another technical trap, since the Dow has climbed above the 50-day simple moving average, which has acted as resistance since the Dow first fell below it in early May, and is now peeking above a downward sloping line that started at the April 26 high and connects the June 21 high. But rather than embolden bulls, the apparent breakout should actually make them skeptical, especially following a six-session rally.

There have been several false breakdowns and breakouts since the correction started in late April.

The first bounce started after the Dow fell below the 200-day moving average, seen by many as a bull vs. bear market divider, for the first time in 10 months; that bounce ended the day after the Dow closed above the 50-day moving average; the next decline ended after the Dow fell below key support at the February low; another rally ended a few sessions after the Dow had broken above the 200-day moving average and traded above the 50-day in intraday trading.

The Dow started the latest rally right after hitting a new low for the year. The break below the June 8 low of 9,757 confirmed a head-and-shoulders pattern, which is a widely recognized longer-term bearish reversal pattern.

Basically, those reacting to technical breakdowns and breakouts have been fooled many times. And keep in mind that the Dow's last six-session winning streak ended on April 26, the day before the market correction began.

The current rally has extended in anticipation of a strong second-quarter earnings reporting season, or one that isn't as bad as the market seemed to be expecting earlier this month, rather than anything concrete. Economic data out of the U.S. and abroad, as well as the downgrade of Portugal's debt by Moody's Investors Service on Tuesday, indicate some of the conditions that started the market's correction--a slowing global economy and sovereign debt risk--still exist.

Even if strong second-quarter results become a reality, investors have already acted on it. The Dow faces tough resistance at the 10,400 to 10,450 level, which encompasses the 200-day moving average and the 50% retracement of the fall from the April 26 high of 11,258 to the July 5 low of 9,614. The June 21 high of 10,594 shouldn't give way without some good, concrete news on the economy. The Dow was up 175 points at 10,391 in afternoon trading.

For investors to feel safe betting on a breakout, the Dow needs to start the next bounce before it hits a new low. There should be some support at the 9,950 to 10,000 level, while drop below 9,757 would indicate another new low was coming. At least investors can then start expecting another false breakdown, and another 5%+ bounce.

CIGX - Did Star Scientific Just Find a Cure for Alzheimer's Disease?

http://seekingalpha.com/article/197650-did-star-scientific-just-find-a-cure-for-alzheimer-s-disease

By James Altucher
April 8, 2010

Fundamental Analysis page for CIGX:

http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=cigx

Company website:

http://www.starscientific.com/

Daily chart:

A few weeks ago I wrote about CIGX (Nasdaq) when it was trading around $1.60. Currently it's at $2.50, having gone as high as $3.67 Tuesday on the news that the Roskamp Institute, the premier institute for the study of Alzheimer's Disease, had found evidence that the Star Scientific (CIGX) product breaks down the beta-amyloid plaque that causes Alzheimer's. I've written in the past about Alzheimer's for the WSJ and for thestreet.com and to my knowledge no product out there breaks down this plaque. For the reasons below, I think this new news could ultimately drive the stock to the $15-20 range.

In my earlier article I mentioned the Roskamp Institute because I was trying to connect the dots as to why Robert Roskamp, the guy who finances the institute, would buy $1mm worth of CIGX stock. The dot-connecting paid off for readers and proved accurate as Tuesday the institute came out with a press release that announced the institute is exploring a cure for Alzherimer's with a component developed by Star Scientific (CIGX) .

Why is this institute important? Michael Mullan, the chief scientist for the institute is the guy who made the discovery that the beta-amyloid chemical is what causes the plaque to build up in the brain, causing Alzheimers.

Most drugs that have gone through FDA trials since then for Alzheimer's have revolved around different techniques for bringing down this plaque. None of the trials have succeeded but clearly the search for a cure, even prior to an FDA approval, is sufficient enough to drive billions of dollars in value:

Examples:

Medivation (MDVN) - The company was trading at a $1.5 billion dollar market cap and lost over a billion dollars in valuation when the FDA put a stop to their trials.

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) - JNJ pushed back results until 2012 for an Alzheimer's trial they were doing for Elan (ELN). $5bb in market value was lost in a day.

Pfizer (PFE) - Wyeth: In a Barrons article from 2008, the writer states that Wyeth (now bought by Pfizer) could go up in value about 20% (about $10bb in value at the time) if their Alzheimer's vaccine came to market. Their initial attempt at a drug failed in 2002.

As I wrote in my worst selling book, The Forever Portfolio (which, by the way, the publisher now informs me will be coming out in paperback shortly), Alzheimer's is the third largest killer in the United States, behind heart disease and all cancers combined. If you live long enough, you will get Alzheimer's.

So what do we know now?

From the press release:

Preliminary tests performed by the Roskamp Institute show that when the compound developed by [CIGX] is applied to cells, B-amyloid is reduced. Also, the compound appears to encourage new neuronal cell growth.

This is why I believe the stock initially jumped 20% higher within seconds of the release coming out. When comparing this to companies that have drugs in FDA trials (but no success yet) those companies usually have a market cap in the billions even if its unknown whether or not the drug will actually work. CIGX's market cap is about $250mm.

The release goes on to say:

Results in cells do not necessarily translate to human testing, and additional work needs to be completed to determine whether the compound will have significant B-amyloid lowering effects in humans.

I think this was the critical line that got short-term traders to sell. As one fund manager IMed me, "It could take 5-7 years to put together and FDA approved clinical trial on humans and a hundred million dollars or more."

However, there's a critical difference between CIGX and the companies that need FDA approval for their drugs. CIGX's product is approved already to be sold as a nutraceutical. All that means is that the FDA has deteremined it's safe on humans and it's made in a safe environment. More on this in a second.

CIGX also put out an 8k filing Tuesday at 11:02am discussing their partnership with Inventiv (VTIV). None of the articles on CIGX mentioned this 8k filing. Inventiv markets drugs, vitamins and nutraceuticals to doctors, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The 8k states:

[Inventiv]...will provide sales and marketing services to the Company relating to CigRx™. CigRx™ is a non-nicotine nutraceutical that is intended to temporarily reduce the desire to smoke.

Presumably this is the same compound that Roskamp is testing. In CIGX's profile they state they:
have a botanical, tobacco-based component designed to treat tobacco dependence and a range of neurological conditions, including Alzheimer’'s disease, Parkinson’'s disease, schizophrenia, and depression.

In other words, this is NOT a drug. Its a nutraceutical. So it can be easily tested in humans. Roskamp can give it to humans today. And, since a sales and marketing agreement has already been signed with one of the largest distributors out there there this product can be in the market in 2-3 months. Will it have "CURES ALZHEIMER's DISEASE!!" written all over it? No, of course not. But bottles of wine do not have "may cure heart disease" written on them either but people often swear by a glass of wine for this reason (and, of course, a few other reasons). Diitto for aspirin which generically sells billions of bottles a year for uses not specified on its container.

I'm also curious about this line in the Roskamp press release:

the compound is being explored further for its application to treat a variety of neurological conditions, including Alzheimer's.

What other neurological conditions are they testing? Two weeks ago an article came out in the Wall Street Journal suggesting that smokers often delay the onset of Parkinson's disease. Here's a similar article in Reuters. In this list of clinical trials that the Roskamp Institute participates in, Parkinson's is listed.

So what do we have? A company that could potentially test on humans and have a nutraceutical out in 3-12 months that is already deemed safe by the FDA and a third party clinic is already seeing independent validation that an off-label use might be to prevent or reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease.

Again, MDVN lost $1bb in value in a day when they lost the ability to claim they have a product that cures Alzheimer's. JNJ lost $5bb in value. The size of the overall Alzheimer's market is estimated at over $15bb a year.

Tuesday saw a classic "sell the news" reaction on the stock. The Roskamp Institute basically upped their commitment to the idea that there might be a cure here. Not only have they invested in the company, but the premier researcher on Alzheimer's on the planet suggests that this might be the cure in their press release. Additionally, the 8K filing that came out late morning Tuesday affirms the sales and marketing relationship with Inventiv for the CigRx product, which I assume is the "botanical, tobacco-based component designed to treat ..." listed in CIGX's profile on Yahoo Finance.

This stock reminds me a little of Dendreon (DNDN). The company still does not have a product out to treat prostate cancer (waiting for all approvals) but investors never knew how to react to their news. The stock went from $4 to $20 back to $2.50, and is now up to $40. If the Alzheimer's market is truly a $15bb a year market and this company will have a product out there even distantly related to that market and will have a product out there before any other Pharma has a product, then we can easily see a $15-20 stock at some point.

Record Advance in S&P 500 Futures Shows Confidence in Economy:

Record Advance in S&P 500 Futures Shows Confidence in Economy:

By Lynn Thomasson and Rita Nazareth

March 13 (Bloomberg) -- The longest-ever gain in futures linked to the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index shows growing investor confidence in the U.S. economy.

“It’s a bullish indication,” said Stephen Lieber, chief investment officer of Alpine Woods Capital Investors LLC, which manages more than $7 billion in Purchase, New York. “There’s greater confidence in the equity market. Earnings have been relatively positive.”

Contracts to buy the S&P 500 in June 2010 have climbed for 11 days since Feb. 25, rallying 4.5 percent to 1,146.6. While futures on the U.S. equity benchmark usually track the index, they don’t move in lockstep as the S&P 500 retreated less than 0.1 percent yesterday following a drop in consumer confidence. Caterpillar Inc. helped lead the Dow Jones Industrial Average higher on signs of growing demand for machinery in China.

The S&P 500, which is near its highest level in 17 months, has risen 9 of the past 11 days. The index increased 1 percent this week as economic reports showed a rebound in consumer demand after retail sales unexpectedly rose last month and wholesale inventories fell in January.

Forecasts for the biggest two-year rebound in profits since 1994 also fueled the advance. Analysts’ estimates show income for S&P 500 companies may climb 26 percent this year and 20 percent in the next. More than 72 percent of firms in the equity index beat earnings projections for the fourth quarter, the second-highest percentage on record, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

“People are looking to buy stocks,” said Mark Bronzo, an Irvington, New York-based money manager at Security Global Investors, which oversees $21 billion. “Risk appetite seems to be growing as people become more comfortable with the sustainability of the economic recovery.”

The 11-day gain in S&P 500 futures exceeds a 10-day advance in January 1987. During that period, the stock benchmark jumped 9.6 percent and rose 5.4 percent the following month. The futures contracts were created in 1982 and trade on CME Group Inc.’s Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

The 2009 Financial Report Of The U.S. Government Is Out - America's Economic Goose Is Cooked:

The 2009 Financial Report Of The U.S. Government has finally been released, and the news is not good. It basically confirms much of what we already know - that the United States government is a complete financial mess.

The U.S. government budget deficit for 2009 was a record-setting 1.417 trillion dollars. The total liabilities of the U.S. government rose from 12.178 trillion dollars at the end of 2008 to 14.123 trillion dollars by the end of 2009.

At their present rates of growth, the interest on the national debt and spending on entitlement programs will gobble up almost every single dollar of federal revenue by the end of the decade.

Throughout the report, the word "unsustainable" is repeatedly used. The authors of the report understand that the U.S. government simply cannot keep spending and borrowing like it has been recently.

But if the U.S. government slows down this reckless spending even a little bit it could literally plunge the U.S. economy into a deflationary depression. In fact, even with all of the "bailouts" and "stimulus packages" there are many who would argue that we are already in a depression. In any event, the authors of the report make it clear that the United States government is facing a financial crisis of unprecedented magnitude.

Welcome! to Stock-Market-Lessons.com

Learning how to trade the Stock Market is without a doubt the best thing that's ever happened to me. Not only in terms of making a good living at it (and allowing me to work at home), but also in the way it keeps me tuned into what's going on in the world.

I'm fifty-three years old and I'm not worried about getting Alzheimer's, because trading the Market is the best brain stimulation exercise regimen I've found yet. This is not easy money. It takes a lot of hard work and many hours a day to study what you need to know in order to be successful.

Over the last fifteen years I've taught myself how to read charts using Technical Analysis, and I've found that charts can actually let you know what's about to happen next.

Charts can give very clear Buy and Sell Signals. But even a master chart technician must know what's going on in the world every day by staying on top of the most recent news. That's why I watch the Stock Market news channel CNBC eight hours a day, five days a week. You must also have a solid understanding of the Fundamental Analysis of each company you trade.

To prove to you the kind of money you can make Day Trading, here are a few examples of real Day Trades I have done recently. I put $21,000. to work when I bought 2000 shares of TSO and made $280. in just three minutes!

Here is another example of a ten minute Day Trade that made $300.00

Here is another example of a seventeen minute Day Trade that made $300.00

Here is another example of an eight minute Day Trade that also made $280.00

This Day Trade took thirty five minutes and made $150.00

You don't need a lot of money to begin trading using my strategy. I can show you how to select good stocks that are less expensive, and that way you can buy a lot more shares and still benefit from smaller moves in share price.

In order to be a successful trader of the Stock Market, you must do all of these things:

1) Keep up with the latest news on the financial markets around the world. That includes know when each report on the Economic Calendar comes out, and which one carry more weight in their ability to move the Market.

2) Know exactly what is going on with the stocks you trade by knowing the Fundamental Analysis of each company you follow.

3) Learn to read and understand charts of each company you trade using Technical Analysis. One thing I've learned is Charts Don't Lie. They don't have emotions. Learn what the chart is telling you, and don't let your emotions get in the way of taking the appropriate action the chart is telling you to take.

When I first started trading, I didn't know anything about the Technical Analysis of Stock Market charts. I had spent a few years watching the live streaming charts that came with my Scottrade account that didn't have any Technical Indicators on them. I was getting pretty good at guessing what would happen next just by observing the patterns I saw develop day after day.

My wife had been trading the Market for many years before I met her, and she told me I needed to learn how to read Chart Patterns.

I found a few websites that offered lessons on the subject, and this one became one of my favorites: www.stockcharts.com

From this website, I learned all about Chart Patterns and all of the Technical Indicators I now use on my charts.

Only after I understood Technical Indicators did I begin to understand why a Chart Pattern would fail to yield the expected result at times. It was because the Technical Indicators said that the Price Per Share (PPS) had moved all it could, and it had met a resistance level.

Once I combined Chart Patterns and Technical Analysis into the reading of a chart I began to have much more consistent success in my trading abilities. It has taken many years of study to get to this point. I started by learning one Technical Indicator at a time until I knew it worked well, and then I would move onto the next one.

Let me give you a little hint here. After learning all about Chart Patterns, one of the first Technical Indicators you should learn is Bollinger Bands. It was the very last one I learned, and it is without a doubt one of the most important ones that I know of. I could have saved myself a lot of pain and suffering, not to mention avoid quite a few trades that didn't go well if I had known all about Bollinger Bands in the beginning of my trading career.

Here are a few examples of the different types of charts I use for doing Technical Analysis. I use different styles of charts because they each have a slightly different look and feel to them, even though the information they give is usually very similar.

There are just a few Technical Indicators necessary for my Day Trading strategy to work. The Commodity Channel Index (CCI) gives very clear and accurate Buy and Sell Signals, and I use Stochastics (STO) to confirm them. Bollinger Bands are also very important in my strategy, and Volume is too. The last two Indicators I use are the 5 Simple Moving Average (5-SMA) and the 15 Simple Moving Average (15-SMA) which also give good Buy or Sell Signals.

The chart of TSO below shows how I setup my charts for Day Trading. I also use three extra Technical Indicators known as the Money Indicators. They basically show if there are more Buyers or Sellers. The dark green one at the top is Chaikin Money Flow (CMF), the yellow line is On Balance Volume (OBV), and the light blue one is the Accumulation/Distribution (A/D) line.

In order for my strategy to work, you don't really need to learn these three additional Technical Indicators. It works fine without them, but if you want to learn how to use them that's okay too. That is an advanced lesson I teach after you have mastered the CCI, Stochastics, Bollinger Bands, and the two Moving Averages.

Here is what the charts from stockcharts.com look like. I use this type of chart after the Market has closed for the day. I primarily use this charting service for daily and weekly charts.

This is a chart from my Fidelity Active Trader Pro trading platform. These are the kinds of charts that I use while the Market is open because their information is streaming in real-time. With these charts, I can get one-minute, five-minute, fifteen-minute, thirty-minute, hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly charts. This is how I set up my charts when I Swing Trade. I use many more Technical Indicators when analyzing longer term charts like the hourly, daily, and weekly charts for Swing Trading.

Here is a screenshot of my four monitor trading platform. I combine elements of the Scottrader and the Fidelity Active Trader Pro platforms.

If you are interested in taking lessons on these subjects, I offer private one-on-one mentoring sessions custom designed for each student according to what subjects interest them. If you have any questions about the lessons I offer, don't hesitate to email me at:

Day Trading is my favorite style of trading. It is a very exiting and lucrative way to trade. If you watch the Video Charts of my Day Trades, you will see exactly how it's done and you will feel the excitement of watching me make hundreds of dollars in less than fifteen minutes.

I also am very proficient at Swing Trading. Most of my Swing Trades only last a few days at most. Each one makes me at least a thousand dollars or more because I always buy at least one thousand shares, and when the PPS goes up one dollar, I've made one thousand dollars.

If the trade doesn't go well, the most important rule in trading the Stock Market is to KEEP YOUR LOSSES TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM! The way I trade is that I know exactly at what price I will exit the trade if it isn't going well. I enter my trades as close to the exit point as possible. My favorite entry is at the second low of a double-bottom chart pattern. That way, if the Price Per Share breaks below the first low, I'm out without a doubt.

The most important rule to trading the Stock Market is CAPITAL PRESERVATION, because without money to trade with, you won't be able to LIVE TO TRADE ANOTHER DAY...

Happy Trading!
Tom
